Ladislav Války being also the founder of the firm has represented, since the firm's establishment in 2003, number of multi-national companies in many significant transactions and projects throughout the Slovak Republic including M&A and the cross-border transactions. Since January 2009 the firm has been operating and providing its legal services as a limited liability company and under the current business name since March 2013.
